Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Discreet packaging & billing

 Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or padded mailer.

The return address on your package will read T18P LLC (or similar neutral label) — not Toys18Plus. Your billing statement will also reflect a discreet descriptor. If you have any questions about how your order will appear on your statement, don't hesitate to get in touch with us before placing your order.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use that number directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, etc.) to follow your package. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — we can sometimes update the address before the order ships, but this is not guaranteed.

Orders returned to us due to an undeliverable address will be held for 14 days. We will reach out to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is in the carrier's possession, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or theft. However, we are happy to help you file a claim or investigate. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • Reach out to us, and we will assist where we can

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For high-value orders, we recommend adding shipping protection at checkout if available.

Domestic shipping only

At this time, Toys18Plus ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or internationally. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Delays & force majeure

Carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control may affect estimated delivery times. We will communicate any known widespread delays via our website. These circumstances do not qualify for order cancellations or refunds on shipping costs.
